Very nice large hotel.staff will do anything for you. We feel the hotel needs updating. Wifi did not work.when question the reception.they said to try this and that. If it did not work we will send bell boy.at 11.00 i dont think so. This day and age it should work like the other hotels i stayed in.

Nice hotel in a good location. Unfortunately, our car was a bit scratched up during valet parking. I didn't realize it until we were hundreds of miles away...

All was well, I had one problem during check-in, where they indicated that above 12 years of age is considered as adult in their policy, whereas in hotels.com below 18 is considered as child. We didnot have to pay extra at the end, but still the issue coming up was a bit disturbing.

My reservation was for a room w breakfast, and in my Expedia confirmation email it explicitly said that it included “free breakfast.” However, the hotel staff did not honor this, and said it is an Expedia problem and that they can only provide breakfast for a substantial extra charge. I was confused and very disappointed... please don’t offer things you cannot provide!

This hotel is very old and it seems they didn’t renew walls, furniture for centuries. It’s clean and staff is kind of nice. (They’re doing their best but quality is low.) Bathroom is big problem because it was so difficult/hard to open taps in the shower that I need to call somebody! We were three people but we’ve got 2 beds although we’ve reserved for 3 people. Last but not least, we had to pay extra 130TRY during check-in.

Location was very good stuff 50-50 One guy he was walking behind the counter He’s not really suitable for this job Every night when I shower I feel I’m swimming in the shower all water come out in the bathroom because not dog in shower room after a shower I don’t want to stay in the bathroom :(:(:(:(
