Beautiful Villa Neva

Villa Neva, located in the village Rojnići in the heart of Istria, is surrounded by untouched nature, which makes it an ideal place for a luxury vacation you've always dreamed of. If you are one of the lovers of nature and a pleasant holiday for the whole family or a favorite group of friends, then you are in the right place!


Modernly built villa Neva has 250 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for eight people. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, and TV. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and next to it is a dining room with a dining table that is ideal for eight guests. In 4 bedrooms with double beds, two of which are on the ground floor and the remaining two on the upper floor of the villa, you will be able to relax and use their en suite bathrooms with showers. Additional facilities that will make your stay easier are a washing machine and an iron.



The villa is fully air-conditioned, has underfloor heating and cooling, and a feeder and baby cot is possible by prior arrangement.



On the outdoor terrace, there is a covered outdoor dining table with eight seats, a pool of 35 m2, and a depth of 1.45 m. There is also and an outdoor shower. On six deck chairs, you will be able to sunbathe in complete privacy. The specificity of the villa is the sauna, whose benefits are relaxation, strengthening immunity, and quality of sleep.



Preparing traditional dishes will never be easier because you will also have an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood.



If you want to take your pet with you, you are free to do so because Villa Neva accepts a maximum of 2 dogs! The yard of the villa is completely fenced, so children and animals will certainly have space to play, and the specificity of the yard is the stable olive trees that represent the traditional Dalmatian homeland.



There are two private parking spaces inside the courtyard of Villa Neva and two more outside.



The villa opens its doors to all guests throughout the year, so you can choose any season during which you should escape from everyday obligations and hectic lifestyles.



Children will have fun in the pool and large yard, playing Playstation or watching entertainment programs on digital television, while adults also have books available. A local restaurant guide and a local map will greet you at the villa.



The nearest town is Barban (6.5 km) or Pula (35 km). Be sure to visit the historical sights of the city of Pula: the Double Gate and the city walls, the Amphitheater, the Gate of Hercules, and the Little Roman Theater.
