Great location and good service
A superbly located, somewhat dated hotel with fabulous views. I was on the 17th floor and had terrific views of much of (beautiful) Istanbul. Service was friendly and the rates were reasonable. And, for COVID concerns, it was clean. (And had a temperature check int he lobby.)

Beautiful place, happy friendly staff . I had a reservation for 3 nights and was planning in try other hotel. Once I check in ... I felt so welcomed by the friendly staff and was welcomed with a nice bottle of wine . I ended changing mine other reservation and staying here longer . I totally recommend to check out this place .

Such an amazing hotel and great service, I highly recommend everyone visiting İstanbul to stay at this property, the manager he’s such a great guy who welcomed and greeted us with his smile every time he see us, Overall this hotel was worth the money we spent

Best view in Istanbul
Very nice hotel at a perfect spot in the heart of Istanbul, close to famous Istiklal street and the Galata Tower. Shops, restaurants nearby and a magnificent view over the Bosphorous and the Golden Horn, Topkapi, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque and Sulemanie Mosque. Perfect service, clean and very nice people responsible for the restaurant and hotel check in.

My wife and I stayed here just as coronavirus began to break out. The staff were so very kind. The hotel is in a great location and is very clean. Excellent breakfast and restaurant/wine bar. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Istanbul!!
