This was our second stay at Madison Square, in a different unit. The first unit was very clean. This one was not. We questioned whether it had been attended to at all, except that there were clean sheets on the beds and the trash was emptied. Floors were filthy, food was in the sink, bath mats were unwashed, glasses had greasy fingerprints, and counter tops were sticky. It was really disappointing after our first stay in unit 1 the week prior. On the positive side, both units were nicely decorated and the sound machine in the bedroom helped reduce freeway noise.
