disappointed staff and facility. I ask for extra pillow but the staff said this hotel is no policy to give more pillow to the room. wifi is not working at all and when I ask the hotel staff, they said the server is unstable without try to fix. Unacceptable point is that the hotel ask for 500 baht for room deposit during check-in however, during check out the hotel staff said they do not have enough money to return the deposit and they require bank account number to transfer the money at the end of the month. This is not a standard hotel at all.
