About this home
The Mini - MOAB OFFROAD COMPOUND is an off-roaders dream!
We call it the MOAB OFFROAD COMPOUND because it is a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews Offroad experience in Moab complete! This house is on the shared property with the main Moab Offroad Compound (see property map in photos).
Bedrooms
Inside the mini compound there are two separate king bedrooms. One has an ensuite full bathroom with a jetted tub, the other shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The bunkbed is a full over full with a twin trundle. Mini MOC includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Ready to cook Kitchen, big screen ROKU TV's, plenty of comfort and space for your whole crew.

The kitchen is full size and ready to help out with any over cooking needing to be done.
Outdoor Gated Parking-
Moab Offroad Compound is located on a 2 acre parcel with plenty of room to park right next to the house or overflow trailer parking area.
Front Patio area-
Perfect for large group entertaining or even a quiet night of star gazing in the hot tub.
Fire pits and BBQ's available to all guests.
*Cleaning Fee/Deposit*
$1,000 deposit will be held for each stay.
Please note that the cleaning fee is a standard $150 for every stay. This is in addition to the standard damage deposit.
Standard Cleaning fee includes:
Washing/drying all bedding/ linens, towels
disinfecting and top to bottom clean and inspection
restocking of all household items provided
Your damage deposit will cover any damages to the property, missing items replaced at retail price, carpet staining (hourly cleaning), garage cleaning, raking the yard due to donuts or horseplay in the gravel, all at a $25 hourly rate. The damage deposit will be returned to you after your check-out and after cleaners inspection.
This rental unit can be used as an add on to the Moab Offroad Compound (VRBO ID # 1782584) or it can be rented privately for your group. Please be aware if you do not rent both locations there may be other guests staying on the property but your space is private for you.

Amazing place
For those who need room to park your off road toys and want nice accommodations, this is the place. We stayed in the mini MOC and it was awesome. It was very clean, was fully equipped, and after a long day on a dirt bike the hot tub is amazing. Next time we are In Moab with our off road toys we will definitely be staying here again.

Great space for a family Moab getaway!
Clean, updated space with comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. We loved having our own hot tub and plenty of room for parking our trucks, trailers, side by sides and dirt bikes!
