Ice machine and vending machine on second floor are broken.No maid service in room. One has to call front desk and request fresh towels or trash to be taken out before maids end their shift. The Hotel is 100 percent smoke free but the outside hallway leading to our room smells like a pool hall.

We had checked in late at around 2am for our reservation but checking in was smooth for us. We stayed for 2 nights. During our check out we encountered a slight problem with the charges which AJ the manager had quickly resolved for us! The room was spacious and clean. Also, staff was friendly. Definitely will be back when we visit Livermore again!
