Great place to stay if you're in the area!

We were very happy to see there was an appleby restaurant next to the motel. What I did not like was our room - the bed was not change, had the receptionist to bring some sheets. The heating system was not working so therefore she brought us a heater. The place would be fabulous if it would be upgraded.

The facility is a filthy mess being run by clueless unkempt individuals. It is like a scene from a nightmare. Absolutely a dump! No one should ever stay there! I left after waiting for over 50 minutes while three different people tried to get me checked in. I asked to see the room, and promptly decided it would be impossible to sleep there so I left, and thankfully the Holiday Inn Express had 2 rooms left, and I was able to stay there.

Terrible stay won’t be back
Waited 20 mins for someone to show up to check me in. Listened to them curse & argue about recording there time. The place is dirty. The blankets was paper thin. The heat in the room didn’t work was about 55 degrees all night. There was such a line in the morning to check out cause they was out smoking that I just left.

Horrible Place...RUN
What a mess. Zero customer service or professionalism. All doors were propped open upon arrival, at 3:15 PM with no one at the desk. Someone was painting the lobby and cussing the entire time. No one "working" was in any kind of uniform, more like lounge clothes, with one employee fully barefoot. Employees verbally arguing with each other while we were trying to check in. Even though check in time was 3:00, our room wasnt ready. We were given keys for one room in a highly used, worn, and torn key envelope. We were given a different room before we even made it down the hall as the other room was cleaned first. Based on the discussions amongst the staff, it seemed more like a giant trap house than a hotel. Guests were stepping over vaccuum cleaner cords and construction materials to get to their rooms. Our room was serviceable, but not nice by any means, and the ripped out smoke detector and missing door latch were very concerning. There were poorly patched holes, mis-matched paint, and water damage in the bathroom. We vowed to not put anything near our faces during our stay. We checked in, left for an event, returned late, slept, and left as soon as possible in the morning. The very sorry excuse for a "continental breakfast" was easily skipped....some Cheerios and half a loaf of bread by the toaster would have violated our "nothing near our faces" rule. The light in the bathroom was flickering like a strobe light. Spend a few more dollars and find somewhere else to stay.

Didn’t like all the extra money deducted because staff made a mistake. This 90 dollar hotel has cost me 200 dollars so far. They’re supposed to return my money but we’ll see. Took me an hour to check in.. LITERALLY DAVE CHOPPS..

Disappointed
When we arrived, the desk staff was friendly. There were 4 of us spending the night. There were only 2 cups, 1 towel, the clock was broken and the breakfast was hardly anything. Some of the lights didn't work and no tissues .

Terrible service and overpriced. The hotel smells like smoke throughout. Unsafe environment and not conducive for visitors dropping off children for college. Do not stay at this hotel!

Room was clean. Had to ask at front desk for towels. Came back 4 hours later and they found 2 ( not sure if they were clean). Office, lobby and laundry room had not been cleaned in weeks. Man at front desk appeared to be on something.

Homeless shelter
First and foremost something should have been said to me or on your site that this location was being used as a homeless shelter overflow. I had no idea. The fact that it took 5 to 7 minutes wait at the desk at 3:00 PM to get checked in only to find that the front desk clerk was also the person cleaning the rooms and she had her 2 kids running around outside the room. The sheets and towels were stained with god knows what. I ended up buying my own sheet and blanket to use. I stayed in that place for 3 days. It was hell. Unfortunately for me being a visitor to this town and the fact that I was staying with friends and got very sick i had to get a hotel room at the last minute. This was not in my budget so i took the cheapest room i could find. That is how i ended up in your hotel. Only by the grace of god there were no bed bugs. If you actually read this i think a refund would not be out of the realm of possibility.

Was my favorite place until horrible morning
Check in was great. Staff really helpful getting me a room with little walking from entrance. My big compliments are the morning service. No creamer, no sugar or sweetener, no milk for cereal, few bagels that looked several days old, one slice of white bread & frozen small pancakes that were still frozen.

Econo lodge stay
My doctors appointment was changed from may 28th to April 3rd. So we changed our reservation from May 27 and 28 to April 2 and 3. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

Awful place
This hotel was awful. Front desk service was not great. holes in the walls, missing baseboards, unbelievable clutter..room vents were filthy. This was just a very run down hotel. I felt like I should be wearing a mask to sleep for my health.
