My reservation nor price was honored, as I did not made the reservation directly and hotels.com offered to reserve without my credit card information. Price was increased almost twice of the advertised price... and the it was not worth it... but my only choice in the middle of the night!!! Please do not advertise benefits, if you cannot ensure delivery of those!!! 🤔🤔🤔

Terrible service and experience. Loud environment, impossible to sleep. People talking loud al night long and room doors are so loud to close that I woke up at night several times when ppl closed their doors. Linens wasn’t clean and seemed to be the same from previous guests. I paid extra for breakfast and there was in room sign with the note info saying that the breakfast was served from 4 till 10;30am. I went down at 6 and they said that they could offer only some coffee because coffee starts only at 6:30.... terrible service and customer service....
