I arrived at 15:40, the check-in was the worst as I had to wait till 19:00 to finally go to my room... Yassine at the front desk is as slow as a sloth. Breakfast was awful, cold croissant, disgusting eggs and the dishes were dirty... The only positive thing about the hotel was the baggage handler (Omar), the security person (Yehya) and also housekeeping lady.
First we checked in which took 3 hours we had to pay extra fees for room breakfast on top of city tax then we book double room with queen bed and beach view they give me room which was not even clean had three twins bed and room doesn’t even look like anything like website u have to pay tip for even thing u paid changed our room 4 times management is sooo bad just waste of money book other hotel instead of this rude staff our flights were cancelled and instead of any help they were laughing at us calling is mr corona
Fabulous suite, waiters very friendly only criticism was the slowness of the checking in proceedure
My overall experience was good even though started off as slightly negative when we got told by staff to wait 30mins for our room as it wasn’t ready however after that one incident I was really pleased with my holiday. The location of the hotel is good it’s near by the Marina and the beach lots of cafe and restaurants to explore. Rooms aren’t that great as the deco looks old however we didn’t mind as we didn’t spend much in our rooms . I would like to thank specially the lifeguard (Hamid) who’s full of joy and always happy to help others and willing to learn English by asking questions. I would also like to thank the two young ladies ( Suad and Nahila) at the reception who always fulfilled my assistance and were happy to help me especially when I couldn’t get a charger. Lastly but not the least (Omar) was also very helpful as he assisted with our luggage and was such a humble guy. I will defo be returning back to Argana soon.
Resipstion not good i arrived 1:00 pm to hotel they gave me roome to 8:00 pm i was very tied
The buffet meals in the restaurant were quality, varied and appropriate. We rarely done where we stay, but the breakfast impressed and returned 4 nights out of 6 for the dinner. The room was fine, some noise at night from inconsiderate drunks on the street, but it was a few times only. The disappointment was with a lackluster welcome when we checked in. We were left to find out room on our own, offered no explanation as to them having a fitness room, that was a nice surprise, but there were no issues. It won't wow anyone, but it was fine over all.
Not a 4 star lol Very disappointed
The hotel is in a good location and the staff are nice. The heater was not working in the rooms and even the portable one was very slow, the internet is weak and is unstable in the rooms, if you need to do a call or web search you have to stay in the lobby next to the reception. The hotel management is so weak it took 3 days to find the manager and get his opinion on the matter. I booked for 9 days but I left on the 5th day.
This Christmas break has been good but the hot water and heating services in the hotel have been rather disappointing. Attention needs to be paid to maintaining the equipment in the gym. They are mostly broken or not functional. The staff were friendly enough which was good. The place on the beach was very welcome. Food was good.
The worst hotel you can stay at in Agadir. Rooms are all old and outdated. Very dusty dirt rooms with no electricity and many problems. Don’t stay here !!
