Outdated hotel !! Need a lot of improvements ! The only good thing about the hotel is it's staff !! They were very friendly and helpful !! Also the hotel is walking distance to Agadir beach..and nearby shops and restaurants.

No towels in the rooms nor in the pool .. bad hotel I was Very disappointed.. food sucks , poor staff had to deal With lots of customers complaints, but they can’t help Since the owners were not taking any time to get the hotel Back on order, since they are making money anyway On the summer rush !! Bad don’t even wanna talk about it anymore!! Good luck

They charge you for drinks while you on ready paying for your food with the rooms ! Swimming pool doses not have any towels Dirty dirty!! Music from the swimming pool stays all night so you can’t sleep in comforts , the AC not working

Very dirty. Room was only cleaned 3/7 days during my stay and there was no hot water or soap in any of the communal bathrooms. The furniture seems to not have been changed since the hotel was opened decades ago. Upon arrival, both of the rooms had not been cleaned yet so we were given two other rooms, which had been "cleaned" to a very low standard, with dead insects all around. The water pressure in the rooms is terrible, and my shower had dead insects stuck on the ceiling which were never removed. During my stay, the key to my door stopped working twice, and I had to wait over an hour each time for the technician to come fix it. The WiFi doesn't work in any of the rooms, and only works by the pool / reception area, even there it doesn't work half the time. The hotel staff were amazing, extremely friendly, and helpful, although that was unfortunately the only good thing about the hotel.

I loved the massive room with fridge. Great view from bakcony. I really liked the breakfast buffet. Good choice. Not luking how guest reserve all poolside sunbeds with towels. Unnecessary. Most hotels ban it. I so enjoyed my stay here.

Very nice hotel, beautiful view. Rooms clean, staff very nice and friendly. There was only one thing I didn’t like it was fact that I accidentally make my bed sheets dirty and it wasn’t change. Overall I had nice and relaxing time.
