Disappointing service
We had booked our room at the Taj Deccan but to our surprise we were moved to the Taj Krishna across the street. The Manager promised a room upgrade for the inconvenience and once we were moved, we were given a regular room. Manager wasn’t professional and unexpected of Taj Staff. It was disappointing that we weren’t informed ahead of time that we would be moved and for making a false promise.
