Fabulous, can’t fault it, hotel
Like all the reviews have already Said, this us a fantastic hotel - We were there very early - hours before check in and were suprised that We could get into our room already - there was three of us and the suite was more cost effective and it was perfect- lots of room, everything you could need etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prior to our visit i wasn’t really sure how far We were from everything but it is in the centre of all the main things you may want to see and easy walking … so We would absolutely stay here again

The Madison is wonderfully close to many things to see and do in Hamburg. Canal cruises, St. Michaelis Church, Miniatur Wunderland, the Elbphilharmonie, the Rathaus, even the main train station are all 25 minutes walking distance away or less. The buffet breakfast is very good. Thursday night's outdoor grill with live music was a nice surprise. The laundry service did a good job on my requests. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The only thing really missing were any signs of recycling measures for paper or plastic or glass.

What a great hotel! Great location close to the river and U and S bahn, large comfortable rooms (ours was for 3 and had a kitchen), aircon, and SUCH great staff and facilities. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent and always busy with locals as well as guests; they were 20 mins late allowing us into our room and apologised with free drinks vouchers, and it was just so comfortable. Our teenager wanted to move in permanently! Absolutely nothing negative to report, I’d stay here again in a flash - and Hamburg was great, really interesting place with lots to explore.
