Good stay in Semarang
Hotel is in a very good location, across from Paragon mall. Though the room is comfy, but its aging. The bathroom really needs more attention in cleanliness. Water stain is so pronounced on the shower curtain and bathmat; and these can be easily fixed. All staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall, we had a good stay.

Do not go to this hotel.
Room is so horrible. I asked for a non smoking room. Apparently i was put into a “previously” smoking room section. The whole room reeked of tobacco smell. The bed and the sofa too. This hotel was a good hotel 5 years ago. Cleanliness and maintenance has slipped down for sure.

Disappointing stay
Staff are lovely and the hotel is in a great location. Have stayed there many times before with no issues, but this trip was not good sadly. The key card wouldn’t work, they replaced it but still didn’t work so just said to ask someone from reception to accompany me to the room every time! One of the towels hadn’t been cleaned and was clearly damp and smelly from the last person that used it, and the whole room had a bad smell in it. I asked to be moved but there was nothing available (which seemed unlikely). I think next time I will stay somewhere else. Real shame as it’s always been good before
