First room we checked into had not been cleaned. We were given 2 flat sheets for our 2 queen beds to “change the sheets.” We requested a second room. When we checked into another room, my husband found 2 tiny beetles- one in each bed. The rest of the room and bathroom looked good until I went to get into bed. Beds and sheets looked fresh until I found dried blood stains on the side of the bed nearest the wall. The next morning when I went into the shower, a wad of black hair was near the faucet. Shampoo dispenser was empty. In their defense we were offered a third room on another floor, but it was past 9 at night and we had young kids who had just fallen asleep, and we didn’t want to move all of our things again. We talked with management, but they said that since we had been offered another room and decided not to move the third time, there was nothing more they could do. Overall it was the worst stay I have ever had at any hotel, and I have traveled the world several times... I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I"m leaving this hotel with mixed feelings. The staff waa very accomidating when my son and i showed up late for breakfast. The nice lady heated up the food for us and made sure we had enough to eat. We are very appreciative. However, we were not happy with the dirty floors in the hotel room, empty shower gel and shampoo dispenser (only conditioner was filled), and not being able to get a late checkout when the hotel was clearly not full. After staying in few higher prices hotels for the last 10 nights, this is the only hotel, and least busy hotel that could not accommodate a late checkout. Although the staff was super accommodating when we showed up late for breakfast, overall, we would not want to stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. My room with King bed was very spacious. The mini refrigerator was large enough to also have a freezer. There was also a bar sink.

The water pressure was so low , you couldnt shower comfortably. With the outside temperature it was hard to keep warm in the shower. The room lacked sificiant towels, toilet paper and had no tissue. The remote needes batteries and when the brought batteries they also brought another remote. Neither worked. The dispensers in the shower that dispense body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. I was eventually switched from 301 to 201- The elevator i too slow so i took the stairs down to grab some breakfast. Everything was okay except those rock hard biscuits that go with the gravy.

We checked into a room that was clearly occupied and on top of that the receptionist admitted that the sheriff was consistently dispatched to that hotel for room fights. We felt unsafe and asked for a refund. Receptionist told us yes and to contact Expedia. In all reality the manager of the hotel told us no and was so rude. The hotel is in a disgusting location, on top of the Expedia rate you will be charged 150.00 deposit that doesn’t “fall” off your statement. Save yourself and book at Candlewood in Lodi. Cheaper, cleaner and bigger room.
