The Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite

The hotel rooms, bed, and facilities were clean and up to standard. The only downside is that the rooms that are near the roadside can be quite noisy during the day because the doors are not soundproof. Overall the experience was pleasant and the staff was all friendly and quick to respond to my requests. They even offer free airport drop off on my last day.

Great location, immediately opposite Lippo Mall, and steps away from other amenities like clean and cheap massage parlours, 24-hour supermarket, F&B, and other shopping amenities. The bathroom was spacious and modern, though the hot water constantly cycled through very hot then back to my desired temperature. So be careful not to enthusiastically spin the dial to the hottest! Face towels were not provided though I had asked for them twice, and the shower gel and shampoo were not replenished over the 4D3N we stayed. The breakfast variety was limited and unchanging over our stay, but I did enjoy their quality over quantity/variety. They prepared poached eggs and pancakes well, and I had that every day. For dinner, we gave them freshly caught fish to cook from our fishing excursions. The experience is that the chefs were not able to follow our cooking instructions, and that it might be best to let them cook in their preferred or local style. Or perhaps their understanding of our spoken English was not quite there. In short, a delightful hotel with a fantastic location in Kuta, spacious and modern rooms that also thoughtfully come with balcony terraces, no lingering smoke odours, and generally quiet except on Sundays when the church next door rings its bells before 7am!

This was by far the best experience I had staying in Bali. Top class service from the moment we booked the hotel till they dropped us off at the airport after our trip. Ms Dewi reached out to us a couple of weeks after we finalized our booking to remind us that we had a complimentary airport transfer despite us totally forgetting about it. Then when we reached the hotel, Ms Sherly was truly professional and helpful in every step of the way. She delivered beyond our expectations. The check in and check out process was so well handled by her which meant we didnt need to sweat the small stuff and we could truly focus on enjoying our stay in Bali. Everyone else from the security guards to the restaurant staff to the smwimming pool attendants always seemed to go the extra mile to deliver great service with a smile. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Excellent staff, excellent food, near mall. Breakfast can be better. Drainage smells in toilet (tho is common in Indonesia) Overall good place to stay.

Loved our stay there! Staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and I even had a complementary birthday cake on my birthday. Only thing was I wished they served Halal breakfast. Other than that, great stay.

A little pricy, but they make up with the 'afternoon tea' service (thou just a coffee and a small bite). Don't expect vast range of selection at breakfast. Room is pretty small, being for Bali standard. However, Great location.

The location is good with lots of happenings within walking distance. But the room is not sound proof so you can hear people walking outside. You can even hear the footsteps of people staying above you. It keeps waking me up. Also they do not provide hair conditioner. The WiFi is terrible.

Such a fabulous hotel! Extremely happy stay for my family. Lots of eating places just across the road, and their inhouse restaurant makes fabulous pork ribs! Staff celebrated my birthday during the breakfast buffet which completely caught me by surprise. Only weakness was wifi signal in the room.

Great location away from the main crowd. Clean room and friendly staff. We asked for a special arrangement for breakfast since we had to leave hotel before 7am; the hotel staff helped to do just that. Great stay overall.
