A representation of the soul of Toronto, Rotten

Would not stay again. Uncomfortable beds, rooms look nothing like the pictures so don’t be fooled. Stick to brand name hotels. This is the type of hotel you go to if your looking to hide a body in the mattress mafia style. Key cards for the elevators die after 2 uses leaving you stuck and unable to go to your floor. Don’t waste your money or time. There are MUCH better options for the same price. The reason the reviews are so high on many sites is because they offered credits to the bar to guest for them to leave them a good review. Check googles reviews, everything I said is confirmed by multiple guest. Your welcome

While the room was nice, the staff had a way more strict policy that was let on in the expedia ad. We had two “2 person” rooms booked within the hotel, however, even though we were all really close in terms of interaction, we would have to spend our entire stay split up into our two rooms without being able to visit. On the website it did say two people per room, but it was our understanding that this was in terms of each room sleeps two people which we were fine with. When we wanted to cancel (because obviously we would hve to either spend our trip out in the cold together instead of the room we all paid for or just be separated) we were told we still have to pay the entire room price. Absolutely ridiculous, we ended up having to have two people stay in one room there and then the other two stayed in the one king hotel up the street. We spent all our time at one king and then only came back to sleep because i had already lost my money for the one room i cancelled, didnt want to lose money on two. I was one of the people who stay at this hotel and the room was nice but it was alot smaller than shown and it was certainly NOT worthy of a 400 dollar deposit!!

I liked the view and how bright it was. I did not like the kitchen being dirty, the drawers having so much dirty inside of them, both refrigerators were dirty and had food crumbs, the utensils we asked for were dirty, the floor on the kitchen has stain marks it looked as if it wasn’t mopped property, the walls had decorative tape from previous gifts

    Horrible stay

Horrible stay. Let’s start off with the TV remotes do not work, bed was extremely uncomfortable including the pull out sofa bed. The duvet didn’t even have a cover on it. My key cards did not work after 2 hours. I called guest services 4 times for clean sheets. Called another 2 times just to bring the right remote for the TV. Also there was a dirty hand print on the wall above the bed.

Staff was kind and accommodating! Room showed some signs of wear but very clean and comfortable. Have a full kitchen is quite handy. And while I didn’t use it - washer and dryer is a plus! Breakfast from Aroma was delivered hot and delicious.

    Bad experience

Hotel staff told me upon arrival my room was not safe to be occupied due to electrical faults. She offered a downgraded room. Very disappointing.

Very didsaponting stay. Lots of noise sadly in our room, not very clean despite covid regulations and what you would expect to have to be beyond clean given the circumstances. Very disappointed by my stay here and would not recommend it after my experience. I was told I was given an upgrade as well which made it worse
