One night with family. Friendly staff especially bell staff. Close walk to parks. Still priced high but location was important to us for walking home late after park closure. Rooms a little tired and beds in one of our 2 rooms hard. Other room was fine. Met Max the character. Great trip!

Super close to Disney, not the most comfy.
After staying at a mid-level Disney hotel in Orlando I pretty much knew what to expect and I wasn’t disappointed. The service was very good and the location was great, super close to the park. Overall the room is ok, decent size with nice hot shower, but the beds were just so-so, pretty hard. Wasn’t the most comfortable sleep I’ve gotten. Location is key for this resort and as long as you don’t expect luxury, you just want easy access to the park, this resort will do the trick.

Forgotten guests
Moved from the 7th floor to the basement and forgotten Room not cleaned for 3 days, no coffee or milk, dirty cups for 3 days. Very disappointed we paid for an upgrade to the better deal and we saw nothing for it. Children were not catered for it was all aimed at adults. Child cot still left in the room not fully cleared away as we were not sing it. Adult with mobility issues was left to it no help originally was offered.

The rooms were gross. They smelled like an ashtray and were not cleaned well prior to our arrival. There were dirty tissues and trash in the bathroom cabinets and the toilet area stunk of urine. The luggage situation was insane. We checked our bags when we arrived (as expected). When we came back at 10pm after a long day in the parks, they told us we had to haul our own bags up to the room. If we borrowed the valet cart, they demanded we brought it back immediately. Not the Disney service I have ever experienced. The free drinks you received at check in were just bad vending machine coffee options. Lastly (really an American thing-I recognize) but none of the ice machines were working. With no refrigerator in the room, I just wanted a cold drink. I went to 4 floors to find dirty out of order signs on every machine before calling the front desk to see where I could get ice. They were annoyed and directed me back to the machines that were out of service. They had no idea they weren’t working and offered no other option to get ice. Again, not the Disney service that has been my experience. I would never stay there ever again. Awful.
