Welcoming service and help desk were very good, but the overall experience is not good taking into account long waiting times (45 minutes for a guacamole & fries) or them pushing you to consume the brunch when continental breakfast was included on the price, hence offering a bad service because of not paying their preferred option. Stunning property.
Beautiful property with modern sleek design yet with authentic Mexican feel. Great staff and good food. They could improve the sound insulation and add a chair to the deluxe studios as there isn't any sitting area inside the room other than the bed. The shower area is huge, you can easily fit 4 people and rain shower is out of this world.

Beautiful property. The people were incredibly nice and taxis were easy to grab and affordable to the center of town. The rooms were very nice. The bed was a little firm. The pool was in the middle and it was too awkward and a little cold to swim. Also there is no hot tub, which would have been nice. The restaurant on the main level is nice and more affordable. The upper rooftop is breathtaking and the mussels were delicious. The view is incredible but the prices were much higher. Overall it was a really good hotel. It also has a service to pick you up from the airport, which was very helpful. The nicest people are there!
