Not clean
The staff was friendly, however our room had a musty smell and the comforter had stains on it. This hotel needs some serious updating as well. I would not recommend even for the cheaper price.

Infested with ants!
At $70 a night, it was surprisingly hands down the FILTHIEST hotel Ive ever had the misfortune of staying at in my (almost) 40 years. The first night I found a few ants in the bedsheets. Ok... thankfully not bedbugs, and in light of a pandemic, I was reticent to complain. However, sleep was elusive during our two-night stay, not only becaus the bed as hard as a rock... exacerbated by the fact that we were literally being eaten alive by ants. The next day, I caught a glimpse (and video) of SWARMS of ants all over the carpet. My partner went down for breakfast and immediately returned (without breakfast) because the woman taking our breakfast 'order' was wearing her mask below her chin, despite the state mandate. We were so disturbed that we immediately got into our car and drove home. Will be reporting this property to the NH Board of Health and BBB. If you must, stay at the Quality Inn in Lincoln (NH). Its clean, pet friendly, and the front desk is outstanding.

The toilet in our room kept running night and day. We would fix and each time used it would break. The hotel was booked up no other rooms available. The bed had a very loud, plastic type cover that you heard every move you made. It made the bed very uncomfortable. Our room was located on the first floor, I’ve stayed in many hotels, this one previously as well (a great experience during that stay, no complaints) however this room was awful. Our entire stay, all you could hear was banging, stomping over us. You heard every single footstep resonate through our room, keeping us up, and waking us early. The line of people outside our room early morning waiting for breakfast was ridiculous. You were asked to bring your food tray and line up, which children were hitting off the wall while in line. I Understand the hotel is trying to do their part with obeying covid rules so this was not the normal operating procedure for breakfast. Just something to consider with room placement.
