    I liked the rustic look of the property and the landscaping. The access to the lovely outdoors even while showering is unique! Stair climbing was an issue some days but it is good exercise.

    Not bad but...

    Paid for upgrade but A/C wasn’t working in any of the rooms and some heavy leaking from the coming from the ceiling. Next day 2 A/C working but final A/C in bedroom not - three hours of maintenance team in the room with no success. Finally, massive construction work at the entrance area. Service is great, location is awesome and the restaurant does a decent job.

    Embarc is amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Antonio & Miguel were great! The service is incredible on the beach and at the restaurant. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely decorated There are special touches everywhere you look from the paperback library near the pool to the extra towels in the room. We found the food to be very tasty and very reasonably priced. We really enjoyed the food and drink service on the beach. This resort is in a picturesque corner of Zihuatanejo bay that doesn't get too crowded. We will definitely be back!

    It was the most beautiful place I've ever seen. Built on a hill almost cascading into the bay. Natural and native colors. I couldn't imagine a more exciting view of the water, waves, and natural rock croppings! Just lovely, so we're planning to go back next year and every year if we can!

    Everyone was very helpful, the installations are beautiful and very clean. The condominium was spacious and equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Only few steps from the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We would come back.
