4/10 Fair

The photos shown must be several years old. The room was clean but in need of refurbishment. There was a desk but no chair. There was no "Do not disturb" sign and when I asked at the reception they told me they did not have one. Room service just entered. It was impossible to shower without partially flooding the bathroom. For the last couple of days, the water in the shower was cold/lukewarm. The towels were getting thinner and older each day, the last day they even gave me only one towel. Would not recommend a stay.

Not my cup of tea
Reception: all the guys I was in contact with were nice and friendly Room: very old, mostly clean but lots of wear and tear you won’t see in the official pics ( doors scratched, walls badly needing a lick of paint, curtains were stained) Bathroom: everything functional but again old and not looking good at all. In summary this is more a hostel than a hotel in my opinion and the owners should invest in a renovation as they have good staff on site. I did not feel comfortable at all in my room and quite honestly was very happy to get out of there!

Pesonnel à l 'accueil qui n'est pas à l'écoute ou qui ne fait pas remonter l 'info. Nous avions 1 serviette de douche et petite serviette pour 2 personnes, je l ai signalé plusieurs fois ....et tous les soirs je reclamais les serviettes manquantes. Ce problème n'a pas été réglé durant mon séjour. Salle de bain vétuste, la veille et le lendemain matin pas d'eau chaude si nous étions en hiver cela aurait posé problème. Le dimanche matin pas assez de place pour prendre son petit-déjeuner.

Enregistrement laborieux ! L'accueil ne trouvait pas notre réservation. L'accueil est toute fois correcte. Apparemment, d'après l'odeur, il n'est pas interdit de fumer dans l'établissement mais c'est propre. L'hotel est somme toute assez bien et pas mal situé près de la gare et Pour les voyageurs en voiture comme moi, le parking est le bienvenu ! Dans l'ensemble c'est pas mal.
