Guests are responsible for their own trash bags, propane and firewood unless otherwise coordinated with the host.

If you arrive before check-in time or depart after check out time without prior approval will result in a fee of $200.

This home is intended to be used as a vacation spot for families or small groups. Any evidence of excessive use of the property will result in eviction. If you would like to hold a small birthday party, or small event at the property, please speak to management before booking and request approval. No events will be allowed that exceed the maximum capasity of the home. 







No Pets 



With the execption of service animals, no pets are permitted at the property for any

reason.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 







Cancellation Policy 



Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before arrival will receive 100% refund or 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable.

Linens Provided:  Linens are charged as a separate fee at checkout and will be available at the home, safety-sealed, at the foot of each bed.  



Towels Provided:   Each guest is provided bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. Guests will find their bath towels folded on each bed. NOTE: We do not provide beach towels or dock towels!
