## Space

Our 2BD flat compromises of a melting king-sized bed suitable to fit 2-3 people in one room and our charming single bed in the next room. Both rooms are comfortable and well furbished with excellent storage units. The single bed is a bunk bed with a toddler bed as the 2nd half of the bunk.

Our kitchen comes fully-equipped with your cooking and cleaning materials ready for you at your disposal. They say cooking is therapeutic, don't be afraid to get creative in the kitchen and make the kitchen part of your home experience! With all our great amenities and exquisite decorum of the kitchen and its storage units, you'll feel right at home.

Our living room provides an ambience that makes you feel situated and creates a comfortable homely stay. If the nightlife isn’t for you, wind down indoors (especially if its raining!) in our cosy & warm living room accompanied with an awesome sound system, fast & reliable WiFi, and a smartTV you can connect your phone to and watch whatever tickles your fancy! Our living is made with large glass windows which hugs you into the living room, and creates a revitalising feeling as you step further in.

Our bathroom is clean and comes with all the essentials needed to maintain excellent hygiene.

There is an absolutely gorgeous balcony waiting for you to relax in. It has 2 wooden seats and a table and a large mirror. Wake up everyday, go into the balcony and breathe into the day, fused with our lovely plants growing beneath you and feel good with the stunning view of the city and its beautiful greenery.

Our property is always professionally cleaned and maintained by our cleaning services dedicated to making sure your stay is sanitised, attractive and comfortable for you to be in.

Located just south of Waterloo, Elephant and Castle is one of those rare London areas which boasts a central location and excellent transport links, but has suffered a long reputation of being somewhere to avoid unless utterly necessary. That is, until now. Around £3 billion has been invested in the ‘The Elephant’ over the last decade, in the form of tearing down old estates, improving the roundabouts, and building award-winning modern housing developments that are rapidly catching the eye of design-focused Londoners looking for a contemporary, aesthetically pleasing pad. Apart from improving the aesthetics, these changes have also arguably brought a vibrant new energy to the area. Formerly occupied by swathes of students, a new wave of young Londoners who might previously have chosen East or North London are now descending on Elephant and Castle, bringing a creative energy and new independent businesses with them such as those found in The Artworks hub (think yoga studios, Mauritian cafes, and vintage clothes shops). It’s rapidly becoming one of South London’s hottest places to live!

## Transit

On the Northern line Tube with trains to the City, Elephant & Castle is the last stop on the Bakerloo line, so there is always a seat in the morning rush hour to the West End. The train station has Thameslink services to Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras.

Elephant & Castle has a large concentration of London bus routes — there are 29
services, including to King’s Cross, Liverpool Street, Shoreditch, Tottenham Court Road, Holborn and Oxford Circus.
