    Området är väldigt nära till allt. Personalen väldigt bra och informativ. Frukosten standard och bra. Hotellrummet luftigt och stort men det var inte rent. Fönsten var väldigt smustigt och spindel nät på flera ställen. Mattan var smustigt, nån hade hält rödvin över mattan som var kvar.

    Me and my boyfriend stayed here recently and the suit we had was excellent. We weren't disturbed by any noises during our stay. Amazing breakfast, but very crowded since we went when most people eat. The staff and employees were very polite and helpful. Our king size suit was above expectations and the bed was cloud like. We would strongly recommend this hotel for romantic trips, business trips, solo or family since the hotel is very central(3-5 minute walk from the station), and the city has a lot to offer.

    Good location. Air conditioning struggled: room never got cool which made sleeping difficult. Room was ordinary with little charm. The “family room” had a sleeper sofa to sit on but no arm chair. Lobby was up some stairs and I could not find the connection to the parking; we always had to go outside to reach the car. A grocery store and McDonald’s are steps away. The breakfast was pretty decent.

    A very pleasant surprise - that 'parking available' means an extra charge for parking, which inflates the cost of the stay. Many city hotels we have stayed at have at least have discounted rates for hotel guests. Best Western should look into this.

    Hotel is best in town but it is a very average hotel..the only issue I had is that my visit was in July so it was hot and the hotel has only ventilation system no Air conditioning.. I couldn’t sleep 😅

    Great location. Rooms could do with an update

    Stayed here for a wedding. Great location in the centre. Easy walk to everywhere. Reception and staff good. Great views from the sky bar. Good breakfast. The rooms could do with an update. Ours had 2 cracks in the toilet and very cheap plastic seat on it, but the shower was very powerful. My son stayed in the room opposite us and it was dark and a very small shower with a curtain around it, which I hate, so they showered in our room.
