This is a beautiful facility that is under going major renovations, but the room I was in was wonderful! My only issue was trying to find an ice machine working, so I would suggest to the hotel to turn on the ice machines in the room frigs, or make sure the ice machines on the floors are working.

The room is very clean and spaces. Newly renovated. The beds are comfortable. The ocean view is great. However there is a lot of greasy oil still stayed at the bottom of the oven. Even though it was cleaned inside. Couldn't use it. Smokes came out every time we turned the oven on. A little inconvenient during construction. Over all, we had a great stay at the resort and will definitely come back.

Rough Start, Overall Fun Stay

Although I was informed of an issue for the room I was supposed to have on a floor I did not request 34 minutes before check-in, everything worked out perfectly in the end. I was placed in another tower with multiple rooms until the type of room I reserved was available the next day. The manager, Ms. April Almeida was exceptional. She worked with me to make sure me and my guests were placed in a room on a floor I originally requested due to my guests and I being afraid of heights. The birthday pair enjoyed their time and so did I as well as everyone in my group with all the renovations happening during our stay. We're looking forward to returning again.
