Great place to stay, will be better once pandemic is over. Cabin was perfect with a small kitchen. Will stay here again!
We stay here every year, and love it. Comfortable, clean, friendly, consistent and pet friendly.
The location is at the edge of the downtown. We walked into the downtown area. It was a little cold, but definitely doable. There is a downtown grocer and a bottle shop for beer and wine nearby as well as a couple BBQ restaurants. The cabin was perfect. We took takeout from the restaurants at we could eat on our table. Easily able to avoid people thruout our stay, We'd stay at the village if we were in Jackson again.
great place to stay
This was the cutest little place to stay. It was comfortable and cozy and such a great price. It was also walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping.
Loved staying here!! It was a perfect place for a weekend getaway!! We loved our cabin. It was roomy and clean!! We knew there was a mini fridge and microwave, but were surprised to find a two burner stove and kitchen supplies for us to use. We will definitely be staying here again!!
Overall the cabin and experience was great. The limited interaction that I had with the staff was friendly and professional. The cabin itself was also great. Very clean and comfortable. I stayed in my cabin solo but there was plenty of room for 2 in mine. The internet was fast and easy to connect to, the fridge was small but worked well. The shower was great, each cabin has its own heater so never didn’t have hot water. I had a few negatives that I’ll mention but they were not enough to cause me to lower the rating from 10/10. First is the provided pots and pans are pretty poor, even with a ton of oil and low heat, everything stuck and they were impossible to clean with the provided soap and sponge even with soaking overnight, also it was hard to use the frying pan and pot at the same time due to the size of the stove. Second was the heat, there was no in between from off to way too hot, as cold as it was during the stay I appreciated coming back to it super warm but had to cut it off when I was there, especially to sleep. Luckily the bedding was comfortable and warm enough to keep the heat off at night. Lastly, and this isn’t the cabins fault really, if you can avoid getting one of the cabins near the entrance, I would. The road noise nearby is very loud, especially when snow trucks were active. The complaints are more meant as tips for other travelers, rather than true complaints. The positives far outweighed those few negatives and I highly recommend them.
This was a find! Walking distance, to downtown, quiet and so snug and restful. We wanted to stay much longer, will never consider anything else, when in Jackson.
Amazing and cute cabin. Has everything you need.
Billing is a little mixed up, but overall a good experience.
