Clean cabins. Nicely appointed. Bad marks for communication/deception. An absolute requirement for this trip was an indoor pool and hot tub. We weren’t told that both here were out of commission until check-in, of course when it was too late for a refund. No details on the website or hotels.com alerted us to this easily disclosed fact. Pool/tub were available at other partner properties off-site and not easily accessible. Call before you go.

We enjoyed our stay. There were 5 adults in our group and we had adjoining cabins. We were able to all sit around the table in one cabin and enjoy takeout meals together. The people at the front desk were always friendly and helpf
