Close ro train for those that come by it. They pay overnight parking at parking lot nearby. Good breakfast, rooms ok. Pictures on the webpage may disappoint when one sees reality. Guests that we crossed by during breakfast are those types that don’t necessarily say ‘excuse me”, “please” or care taking the whole plate of cheese for themselves, but that’s not the hotel fault…

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with plenty of space in the rooms and very modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The desk staff couldn't have been friendlier! They were all wonderful and if you don't speak, their English is perfect too! The hotel is less then a 5 minute walk from the station and a 3 minute walk into town. You can get to the lake in less than 10 minutes. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

An Annecy Charm
This hotel is closely located to Old Town which is fabulous for exploring. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast available for purchase is worth the price..plentiful and many choices. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel also very close to bus/train station. I would recommend this hotel.
