We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. My only slight negative is the area is on the rough side and there is a train very close. Having said that we never heard the train from our room. Overal very good. Would stay again.

Excellent service
Super kind, friendly, super clean and excellent service overall. Will definitely be staying here more often, had went to a hotel about 20 mins away and had to cancel my reservation because of how dirty the rooms were. This hotel exceeded my expectactions and made my stay the best.

One night if horror!!
The place was nice the staff was friendly, upon checkin but the partons that were allowed in the building was horrible. I booked two nights only to stay there for one. The first night someone was running through the halls on my floor banging/kicking/slamming doors from 2am until 6am. I was terrified thought someone was going to kick my door in and kill me. Called police no response called front desk no response. As soon as the sun came up i immediately packed my stuff and left and got a room somewhere else. Lost out on $120 but i just couldn't stay.

The stay was horrible for more reasons than 1. They give you plaque to put in your window for parking if your a guest at the hotel. I went out and came back and there’s NOWHERE to park but only about 8 cars have the plaque in the window. I go to the front desk and inform the lady that it’s no parking and she tells me to drive down the street and park some little lot they have. I told her only 8 cars have the parking plaque in the window so why is everybody else parked here she said she didn’t know. I wasn’t parking down the street when I paid to stay here so I double parked and went to my room. Now it’s about 2:30am and the fire alarm went off twice. I goes down stairs to see if we have to leave the hotel and 10 ppl smoking in front of the lobby door. Someone had a hotel party this is why there’s no parking spaces available. I was told the fire alarm was a false warning so I went back to my room. Next day we couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk for new towels for the room and of course that same night we had a problem with parking again. If you have “PAYING GUEST” staying at your Establishment that parking should be for them. They have all these signs about towing cars but that’s a lie they didn’t tow anything. This definitely was a waste of money

We were kicked out of the hotel for smoking. I was in the shower it was hot and steamy in the shower the kids kept opening the the alarm went off so i kept hearing it but at that time i dont know its our room that set it off so i call downstairs i ask whats going on he says its from my room i told him i was in the shower. So the fire dept come not knowing i was in the bathroom the kids opened the door i heard them tell them what happen then one of the guys say cause if your smoking sir ya never came in the room looked around to even make that assumption ya was in the hall because they seem black kids open the door thats the first thing they thought and we was put out after just getting there we just came from out of town.

I will NEVER stay here again! Very Disappointing
Check-In went fine, Staff Courteous. However, the Housekeeping Staff didn’t come to our Room until the day before we were due to check out. We requested additional clean Towels and Wash Cloths for 4 ppl. The Housekeeper told us that she would return in 10 mins but she never returned. Our Room keys had to be recalibrated 3 different times! They wouldn’t open our Room door after our initial entry. The ice Machines weren’t working on any of the floors so we had to take our ice buckets down to the Front Desk every time that we wanted ice to have the Staff fill the buckets! The last issue came at 1:30am the morning that we checked out. My Daughter came back to the Hotel from a Night out celebrating her Birthday. She stopped at the front desk to have her key recalibrated so that she could get back into our Room but was told that we weren’t registered at the Hotel! I came down to the Front Desk and showed the Email of my confirmed Reservation that was Paid In Full by the way, to the Front Desk Staff Member. My Reservation was somehow not found in their system at 1:30am! They had already checked us out of the Hotel & their system when the check out time wasn’t until 11am! This Staff Member was initially very rude to my Daughter but did apologize to me and recalibrated our key. This was very disappointing & could have turned out very badly for us if I was unable to provide proof!

I had a satisfying stay, A little upset the pool didn’t state it was not in use and none of the ice machines worked so I had to go the front desk each time. Overall I had an enjoyable stay.
