Room is in reasonable size for 2, they charge you for everything from bottled water, room cleaning to luggage storage, but what more can you ask for with this price and location?

The staff is really nice! The environment is nice too! The reception is at the 2nd floor and there is a very nice common area at the same floor, nice to stay for chit-chating and beer. The bathroom is surprisely nice and not as small as we think and as compared with other hotels with similar price. The outdoor view is good right outside the room. It's good to snap a bit there. The room is very small that we couldn't open 2 29-inch luggage at the same time. The most terrible thing is the room design. the discharge of the cooled air from the air conditioner throw right at our head when we are in bed.. the quilt is too thick that we stayed hot the whole night.. but head is cold... we stayed with eyes open the whole night.. But with this price... we knew that we could't ask for more... We won't say recommending it or not. To all thinking where to stay in Fukuoka, you've gotta strike a balance on your need...

Central yet secluded hotel few mins from hakata
Simple, decent option only 10min walk from hakata station and 25-30min from tenjin & yatai spots. Nice terrasse with free hot/ice coffee. Hotel itself is nothing special but the fact it's so close to hakata yet in a quiet street is a big plus.

Its a new hotel and very near Hakata Station. Room is fairly sized and very clean. Quick check in and no need for check out, just drop card keys and your on your way out. Can store luggage while we took an overnight to Beppu. Convenient stores nearby and foodies.
