Location is great and hotel is a beautiful space, the rooms are nice, but the low quality of the customer service takes away the pleasure of being there. I will not return - for the higher price you expect a luxury hotel with service to match. Their staff doesn't seem to care unless you pressure them into acknowledging the bad service. We had a number of bad experiences with their staff - leave it to say I would recommend picking a hotel with a better service rating.
Rooms are very very small. Central courtyard means rooms get all the noise from the restaurant. Only hotel in Mexico that charges for bottled water.
The staff are lovey and helpful. The rooms are just not particularly well appointed... one day, there wasn't enough hot water for a shower, no room service menus in the room, no bathrobe and then I asked for one, it was very small. the lights didn't work properly.... This hotel would be fabulous if they upgraded the rooms
Very stylish hotel but lacks in comfort. Rooms are small. Beds small with old mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. Wifi slow and unreliable. Weird things like only one robe provided in a double room. Lots of noise comes in from the courtyard... we had the misfortune of staying on Dec 31st and we're kept up until 4am with a rowdy party. Would not return.
Our slider door would not lock. Asked to have it fixed twice during our five day stay and it was never fixed.
The hotel and surrounding area is very unique and safe. It is also close to everything but away from the heavy crowds and traffic. It is within walking distance to lovely restaurants. We would highly recommend it.
It took forever to check in and out. The bed was not so comfortable. The room is small the furniture is way too big for the room. Nice shower. Good breakfast.
Great staff and location. Excellent concierge. Room 113 was noisy
Condesa DF has an incredible location and is warm and attractive. They are currently doing work on the rooftop bar so that was a bit of a distraction but should be done soon. The “hot tub” on the roof wasn’t in use. We originally were put in an interior room that was small with no windows. We paid for an upgrade and then had a lovely room overlooking Parque Espana. I highly suggest a room with a view - the surrounding streets are lush and beautiful.
Wonderful staff, lovely decor and design. Great bed however I would improve the pillows.
