Cute hotel. Friendly reception area, check in was a breeze. You can walk to the train terminal and it is close to everything. Breakfast had a good selection. We stayed there for a night for single and twin rooms before going to Grindelwald. We agreed that the rooms were small like a box. Bathrooms were clean but toilet seats were unusual because it was high and feet doesnt touch the floor. Overall, it served its purpose.

Terrible two nights. Room was warm. We were told the hotel turns off A/C during wintertime. Even if the room heater was off, room was still warm. Water was brownish when we got to the room. Our group occupied 7 rooms and 4 had brownish water. I had to run the faucets for half hour before water cleared up.

Property was nice for the price. The blow drier didn’t work great and neither did the air conditioning in our room, and it happened to be hot. There was a little shop down in the lobby, and it was close to other places we could go. Overall it was okay for the price
