Amba Hotel Charing Cross - London

Stayed several timed at this fabulous hotel and it never disappoints. Love everything about it, friendly staff, lovely rooms and the location is superb. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Amba Hotel. It was a clean and comfortable room with space for two adults with two full-sized suitcases. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious compared to some rooms. (Heated floors and towel rack were also a nice touch.) We had access to the lounge as well, so that was nice for breakfast in the morning and snacks/drinks in the afternoon. Also, the location of this hotel is super convenient. Lots of sights are very walkable from the hotel, and if not, the station is attached to the hotel. My only two issues were: 1. There is a definite homeless presence around the entrance to the hotel and business nearby. They seem to have a "permanent resident" who slept against the side of one of the windows to the lobby for pretty much the whole time we were there. I know that this situation is difficult to manage, so it's hard to say how much the hotel can and cannot control. It was a bit off-putting stepping over people camped out on the steps up to the hotel and being asked for change when walking back at night. 2. I read a few reviews before we got there commenting about The Buckingham Wing. I wish that I had paid better attention and asked to be in the main hotel building when checking in. We had to take two separate elevators to get to our room. It was not terrible, just inconvenient and not ideal. There was no just running up to the room to drop something off quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing the staff were so helpful and room wonderful with view down the Thames.Room immaculate with everything we needed. Breakfast first class we ate in the larger dining room on first floor.

What an beautiful stay at Amba hotel. Clean tidy friendly. Great comfortable bed Lovely staff Great location We also enjoyed a free mini bar! Would definitely choose to stay again Underground rumble was heard, but not a nuisance.

Absolutely superb customer service from start to finish. Nothing was too much for the staff and all our requests were catered for. We felt welcomed in every area of the hotel we used. We will definitely be revisiting and thank you Amba Hotel for making our stay a memorable one.
