Save your money and stay somewhere else

There was shootings that night a couple streets up from the location. It was not safe to be out at night. The front desk was not friendly. Was irritated that I didn't want to checkin using the selfcheckin, I wanted to ask him questions. Our shower broke when we used it. I waited for maintenance for 2.5 hours to come and fix it so we could finish showering and rinse the shampoo out of my hair. For being a fairly new hotel it was dirty. Carpets were stained and trashed. Room was not clean. Won't stay here again.... all hype and no follow up. We chose this hotel because it was close to Bayside and the cruise port. Will not come back. Very disappointed
