We reserved for four nights. However, we were not able to make it for the first night due to sickness. When we showed up the next day to check in, they said we had no reservation. Come to find out, because we didn't show up for the first night, they cancelled us. Then when standing at the desk, the woman tells me, they don't have any rooms available for that night. Strange considering there was but maybe 1 or 2 cars out in the parking lot. She told me they had a lot of holdovers from an event over the weekend. Also strange considering we had a reservation for the night before and the next three nights. Very frustrating, especially because they are "supposedly" pet friendly and we had to drive 30 miles south to find another quality hotel that was pet friendly. Holiday Inn Express, in Manchester, and they were awesome. They were very clean, extremely friendly and accommodating. We will look for them again in the future.
