They tried to charge me twice even though the room was prepaid. Check in was lengthy and they asked for my card and ask for 200 euros pre authorisation even though the room was paid. During check out they tried to charge us for breakfast even though we did not have it. Rooms were too small as well as bathroom. Too expensive hotel for the quality of the room and staff. Note staff only speak French.

This is a very good three star hotel. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from intra- Muros, the proper walled city of St Malo, but it is a beautiful walk overlooking the ocean. The hotel has bicycles to rent at a very reasonable rate, which makes for an unforgettable experience. There are several restaurants close by, though we did not try them as we always ate (very well!) inside the walled city. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Highly recommend this property.

The location was great- just across the boardwalk- perfect if you want to watch the sunset. Breakfast was good- great variety. The shower was the highlight of the room!:) so big, and practical. Having the free luggage storage was a huge plus. The staff was very helpful ! I highly recommend!
