Everyone was sooo nice and accomodating. We had a blast. Everything was so close together and convenient - and when it rained, we just called for a golf cart. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Property was beautifully maintained, staff was great, and the food was mostly very good. The only serious issue we encountered was an endless number of phone calls and knocks on the door - our relaxing trip was a bit stressful at times as a result of this problem. Cleaning staff was pretty aggressive, but did a superior job.

We found the process around paying for anything extra very tedious. It was like the staff did not trust us, if you could not show your card immediately they wouldn't help you. They could have asked for a credit card at check in so we could have charged extras to the room. Instead everytime we wanted something extra we had to produce our credit card. WIFI was not free and only good for 1 device. Very backwards for a modern facility. We were not advised wifi wasn't included. We were not advised at check in that in order to eat in a restaurant you had to make reservations. We felt the check in process lacked information that would have made the stay a lot less stressful.

This property is simply superb. The food was magnificent and the service was exemplary. The only comment and really this is just an opportunity for improvement is that the check-in and check-out process could be more efficient. Although, we stayed at another major hotel in Cancun before going home and we experienced similiar issues - so I would probably attribute the hiccups at check-in/outs to front desk staffing issues brought by the pandemic. Otherwise, this is a wonderful adult and family friendly resort with an other worldly spa!!
