Heavy foot traffic noise from floor above.
The room was spacious and comfortable, however there is no microwave in the room. There was alot of noise above our room . If you can, request an upstairs room. Our relatives also stayed there in a king suite and their noise from floor above was just as bad. Obviously not very good insulation between floors. We could hear the jacuzzi or bath tub like it was in our bathroom but the constant heavy foot traffic was very, very annoying.

extremely friendly and communicative staff even in light of covid-19 precautions. went above and beyond to reach out in advance and make sure i had everything i needed for my stay. offered to pick up a package from the post office for me. room was clean, well appointed, and bed was very comfortable. looking forward to visiting again!

We loved the the location, it was walking distance from downtown shopping and dining. The room was great, it was clean, with a very comfortable king sized bed. A great place for a couples getaway.

Lovely Inn right in the middle of North Conway. Room was large and comfortable and the fireplace for heating was a nice touch. Staff was very helpful. look forward to a return visit!

The Kearsage Inn was a great place to stay in North Conway. It's right across from the train station, and you can get to a ton of hiking trails and other recreational land within just a few minutes' drive. The room we stayed in was great -- clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The check in/out process was easy and quick. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
