If you are looking for an unforgettable summer vacation or a weekend
getaway for you and your family/friends, then look no further because
you have found it! Cliff View Condo #10, located in a gated community
along the Guadalupe River, which has approximately 300 feet of river
frontage between the 2nd and 3rd crossing. Our location, only 15
minutes from downtown New Braunfels and Gruene, is one of the absolute
BEST on the river. All Cliff View guests must do to enjoy PRIVATE
river access is take a short walk from their house to the pebble lined
riverbank. You can enter the river right off the pebble beach and exit
at a variety of places up & down the river, there are shuttle services
available to return you to the property. The pebble beach is also
perfect for playing or just relaxing as you watch others float in the
river below. Enjoy live music? This property is short drive to River
Road Icehouse & Gruene Hall. This home does not have a river view.
***We also Own House #11 Both Houses can accommodate 21 people and are
adjacent to each other. Great for large parties/groups! ***
We are right next door to CaP's Crossing Tube outfitter. You can
literally walk over; rent your tube and they will shuttle you upstream
or downstream if you would like. You can then float on down to the
houses or way down to the float house for some food. Life is Good!
This luxurious fully furnished home was built in 2011 and will
comfortably sleep 11 guests. A brand-new Beauty Rest King bed has been
installed for the 2017 season. The living room has a wall mounted flat
screen Wi-Fi streaming HDTV with a Bose speaker that has Bluetooth
capability and a DVD player. The TVs are used for Wi-Fi streaming and
DVD's, no cable TV stations. The large gourmet kitchen has an open
floorplan with granite counter tops surrounded by barstools for eating
and playing cards and/or games. It also has 2 bistro tables with
chairs. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and fully
stocked with standard cookware and dishes as well as a Keurig for your
added enjoyment, however, k-cups are not provided so please do not
forget to bring your own!
The master bedroom has a king bed and private full bathroom. The
second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The third bedroom has a
twin over twin bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed. The guest
bathroom is conveniently located by the guest’s bedroom. Downstairs
is the 3rd full bathroom under the carport, great for using when
grilling and coming off the river. There is a charcoal grill. Charcoal
is not provided. Washer and Dryer as well as iron and board.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must
be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The
maximum occupancy is 11 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be
exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO RV's, trailers,
ATV’s, or tents allowed. You can park 4 cars at the home, and
another 2 cars at the extra parking.
