Well it definitely is not some where I’ll be staying again there was sticky stuff on the table hair on the table and on the shower, for me I felt a little unsafe while getting from car to room the outside was dirty as well. If I wouldn’t have lost my money I definitely would have left and found something else! No breakfast and honestly I wouldn’t have even drank their coffee!

There was no continental breakfast as advertised, only coffee. Maid service was practically non-existent. The bed was only made once over a four night stay. 3 out of the 4 nights I had to get new towels from the front office. The carpet was nasty.

We love staying here!!!
This is our go to hotel everytime we visit Busch Gardens 3-5 times a year. We stay for two days most of the time. Our room is always clean and the beds are comfortable. We slept very well and feel so rested. Its so nice to have the fridge and microwave we bring our own food for breakfast and snacks. The area is quiet and not too much traffic which makes it easy to get in and out. I'll be booking our Nov and Dec Christmas Town trip soon.

While the location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit in Williamsburg, this hotel was very run-down, dirty, and unsafe. Our room had bugs in it, there was no deadbolt latch on the door, and the immediate area around it had sketchy people. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

As we arrived the receptionist was very complacent and just gave us a key and said here. We asked about the breakfast that was advertised and he just said we don’t have that. We were pointed to park in the spots that were for the motel next door. The door to our room was propped open. While the room was relatively clean, there were no towels and the pillow cases were wrinkled as if used. The next day they left towels but did not clean room. At checkout, a woman came out and when I said I am checking out she said ok and left, no receipt or even asked if I wanted a receipt. I expected much better from Travelodge!
