Breakfast was amazing. Something we looked forward to every single day!! It has made us look forward to returning to BCN and staying here. Best hotel and breakfast we’ve stayed in in Europe. 10/10 Exceptional

Great and clean room and helpful staff. Location is near a huge mall so anything you need you can find nearby. You can also take the Tram into center-city Barcelona just across the street. We were there in winter so don't have any idea what the park or surrounds are like in the busy summer.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, nice pool with a terrace/bar area. Breakfast is standard and tasty for a 4* hotel, but expensive for what you get, but i chose to opt out for breakfast and went to the foodcourt in the shopping mall opposite the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel.

6/10 Good

The hotel overall was pretty good, bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The problem i encountered was that despite choosing to pay at the hotel, the hotel tried to take payment a week prior to my stay, on a cancelled credit card and cancelled the booking without notification when the payment failed. I booked months in advance and didn't receive any notification from them. I was forced to make a new booking on a higher rate (of course). Despite multiple emails back and forth that were initially ignored, I'm still awaiting an apology for the lack of notification, only apologising for the ignored emails. It left a bad taste in my mouth during my stay and I regretted rebooking with them. If you have a problem there, prepare to be met with arrogance.

Close to metro, close to beach, clean rooms and lovely rooftop pool. Food and drink reasonably priced. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with teenage daughters.
