You need to make sure that the Maids turn off the Alarms. Had a long travel day and was looking forward to enjoying my morning and my alarm went off at 5am , so I was not able to go back to sleep and started work early

Nice but loud
Nice hotel and close to everything. However, our room was right next to the lobby and it was so loud. People coming and going all night talking at the top of their lungs. They should have quiet signs around. My son left something behind, and supposedly the rooms are vacant for 24 hours after you leave so we should’ve been able to get it back easily. After a few calls no one can seem to come up with an answer for me, I was willing to pay for the item to be shipped to us and compensate for the inconvenience. The pool was cold, and the hot tub was constantly booked. The food was not amazing, small portions, but the service was good. We would stay here again, just not next to the lobby and would eat in town.

Just ok
Room floor wasn't vacuumed, found food/candy on floor next to bed. Restaurant was freezing cold and the food was just ok. Resort fee was a joke, couldn't even schedule a time for the hot tub two days in advance because it was already booked. Bed was comfortable. Room was improved and decent, but nothing special. Rack in the shower was broken, hanging on my one screw.

AMAZING!!!
Este hotel fue todo lo que esperábamos (y mucho más) Las habitaciones muy limpias, la localización es excelente por la distancia a downtown, los buses gratis que llegan directo al hotel y todas las actividades de nieve quedan ahí mismo al lado del hotel, así que nunca necesitamos rentar carro. Recuerden reservar el shuttle gratis para y desde el aeropuerto (si eligen uber cuesta $35). La comida del restaurante es deliciosa, tienen una oficina para planes turísticos y otra zona para rentar todos los equipos de actividades deportivas. La amabilidad de cada persona del hotel fue increíble! Hicieron que nuestra luna de miel fuera perfecta! Gracias

Hotel lies to guests to get them to stay there.
Wanted to take the kids for an over night stay out of the state. Called to three different hotels to see if the pools and hot tubs were open. Snow king and one other hotel stated they were both open. When got to hotel the lady said the hot tub had been closed for the last 2 days and thst the pool.times were taken up for the rest of the evening. Was never told we had to make a time slot for the pool.... kids were very disappointed.

Fantastic staff!!
I can't say enough good things about the staff at Snow King! They went out of their way to make us feel at home. They got to know us and were super friendly with the kids - especially Gabriel and Jordan. We loved the activities the resort had every evening. The only downside was there seemed to be a staffing issue in the restaurant, but everything else was wonderful!
