We got to the hotel and our room was not ready we had to wait for the service crew to clean. The towels they provide were rough as sand paper thet need to either buy new ones or use a better softer. There were also ameneties missing from our room.

Great place to stay!
We loved the Courtyard Marriott in Villahermosa! The breakfast buffet was great and the kids loved the pool! The beds were comfortable. The only thing that was not good was that the ice machine had no ice in it and was not working. The wi-fi was very fast which is hard to come by when staying at hotels in Mexico.

Great value to short stay
We used hotel to rest before an early flight, is clean an modern, good wi-fi, room service good food. It was a wedding at pool area. We took an Uber to get to a Gallerias, because is a little far from walking activities(15 minutes).
