Overall, it was good. Positioned very well next to the Mirror Lake. Front staff is friendly and helpful. One issue I had with the pool. One of the pool staff insisted on enforcing the wrong rule. He also argued with the hotel manager even after it was apparent that the rule was not enforced correctly.

Nice hotel
Hotel was nice, but the rooms were a bit out dated. Very strict on the pool time limits. Must sign in for timed use. Overall though, nice place. I would stay again.

Early Valentine's Treat
For the price the room was outdated. And we could easily hear the neighbors on both sides of us. It was a comfortable room though, and the dining room had a fabulous view and hot breakfast was also very good (paid extra). It was our Valentine's treat, but had expected a more modern setting for the room. So overall it was a very nice stay, but felt the price was premium for a non-premium room. It was $400 per night with breakfast and taxes. And we did not stay Valentine's weekend, rather the weekend before.

Nice place, great location.
Our first room (Lake view 2 queen beds) smelled like smoke and the heater was making a strange noise. However, instead of complaining we decided to upgrade to a family suite since we wanted a bit more room for the remainder of the stay. The family suite was spacious and didn’t have any of the problems our first room had. Bed was very comfortable. Obviously Covid is ruining nearly everything in life for the moment, but I would recommend changing the pool policy. Currently the rule is 15 max and capped at 30 minutes of time. We found ourselves to be the only people in the pool area, but still had to limit ourselves... I get if people are waiting, but if you are the only family that rule should be more flexible.
