    We liked the many options for the kids to be entertained. Between pingpong, pool, board games, playground etc there was always something to do. We didn’t like the poor room access conditions and had to get our room key reset at least six times. The breakfast food in the buffet was decent while the food for dinner was terrible.

    Staff are pleasant and helpful. Outdoor amenities are great for families. Food was good and generous The interior rooms and especially bathroom is badly in need of upgrading. Bathroom tiles and grouting is chipped and stained, definitely second class. Outdoor and food are 4 star, while the rooms are 3 star at best.

    The staff is nice and gentle. The food is tasty. The!hotel in general is good one. I was shocked when my parents were charged to uave lunch right after check out at noon. Every hotel we have been, allow guests to have access to the restaurant and bars until they get pick up to the airport. In tyis.hotel, they was charge expensively to have lunch.
