Apartment was amazing, couldn’t fault it the location and free parking however it was freezing.
Unable to work the heating we called the number specified as it indicated not to touch the controls, we were then instructed what to do to get the heating to work but to no avail.
We waited a while to see if the heating would kick in after following instructions but when it didn’t we felt it was too late to call back.
Spent a really cold night in December with no heating having to keep our coats on.
I’m the morning, no heating and no hot water, upon hunting around we found that they had the boiler turned off, no wonder we were freezing, but by this time we were having to leave.
The apartment was amazing and really clean, if they could have just sorted the heating out it would have been great.
Only other small issue was there were 4 of us (the apartment holds 6) and there were only 3 forks. Thank god there was 1 spoon to eat my takeaway with.
