Just use place to sleep. Was upgraded to a larger suite, though not really required.…
Room was clean but I thought the standard room had its own entrance. My mistake

Great hotel. Staff was outstanding. Highly recommend.
Our stay was great, rooms were reasonably priced and as described in the listing. Room was clean, décor was not fancy but was new and comfortable. Due to COVID there was no daily room cleaning and no amenadies...so not a lot of interaction with hotel staff. Hotel was very busy based on amount of cars in the parking lot but it was very quite. Had everything we needed in our kitchen to make meals we intended to.
Just disappointed with the cleanliness in room 167..... possibly previous pets? The chimney was probably left open ? The room was quite smoky smelling. These are unbelievably hard times in our province so this is a most difficult time in the service industry. The management & front desk were very approachable & I appreciated that for sure.....good luck in the upcoming season, fingers crossed we can all stay/keep healthy!
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Front desk staff was exemplary. Will definitely come back!
Stay was good. Room was a little cold, really had to turn the heat all the way up to get warmth. Was nice to have the little kitchenette. Pool had just opened up so was nice doe our six year old.
It was great! Very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating!!
Amazing fireplace. Great location in tunnel mountains. However the lock of bathroom door is not working in room # 161 we stayed. Except that, everything is perfect.
All though the room sleeps 4, the table was tiny for 2. The room needs a toaster oven to handle any baking since there is no oven. It's unfortunate COVID prevented use of spa and swimming the price at least somewhat was reduced to deal with that
Overall, the room was great. Fairly newly renovated on the inside and clean. Parking outside is a bit crazy as there just isn't enough room (unless everyone is driving minis). Would hate to see the parking situation when it is full.
It was excellent—location, fireplace and kitchen are what draw us to this gem. The one excepttion on this trip were the people above us—very noisy, especially when we tried to sleep at night! We’re pretty sure hey had kids Next time we will stay in the loft suites, with no one above us. Otherwise Tunnel Mountain Resort is a solid 5*
