One of the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed at. The bathroom was spotless. The rooms were very clean and comfy. It's a very quaint hotel, within walking distance from the square and churches.

I loved my stay at the Old Santa Fe Inn! From the in-room fireplace and thoughtfully-provided amenities to the scrupulously clean accommodation, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Santa Fe. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was just passing through this time, but the next one, I will come to stay.

The Inn is well located to downtown Santa Fe and the parking could not be easier. Often, right outside of your room. I have now stayed twice and I can't say enough about how kind and helpful the staff have been. I love this place and will be back every time I'm in Santa Fe.

It was okay.
With Covid we wanted to stay somewhere where we could just park and get to our room without encountering people, and Old Santa Fe Inn offered just that. The location was great, with a easy walkability to downtown and the rail yard. Twice our key didn’t work and I had to go to the office to get them reprogrammed, which after a long day was incredibly annoying. Luckily it didn’t happen to us on the night where there was no at registration. I understand times are weird but how is there no one at all at registration for any other needs? All in all it was a comfortable stay for our purpose, but pricey for the service.

I had previously called the hotel to change my stay from 2 days to one day and was told everything was OK. On check-in the clerk knew nothing about it and told me I had to deal with Expedia. Phoned Expedia - was told to wait 47 minutes for an answer. Used E-chat instead and Expedia chat said they had to get approval from the hotel by phone but hotel wouldn't answer. Still don't know final result. Definitely not OK

There was no counter space in The bathroom due to double sinks that are unnecessary. The outside light shown through the door right in my face.
