This was a terrible experience they put no effort to keeping the rooms clean The carpet is dusty and dirty you can tell it hasn't been vacuumed in months it's a family-owned establishmentwhich is part of the Ramada chain yet when you remind them of this they act like they are above any regulation set by Ramada. Manager by the name of Priya was extremely rude and dismissive of any concerns I had regarding my stay. You're better off sleeping on a bench than staying here and letting them take your money never again.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed. We checked in around 7 PM and there was no water in the hotel at that time. The receptionist did not inform us on this at the time of check-in. Later when we checked we were told that it was due to watermain break and will come soon. When it didnt happen till 11 PM we requested if we could move to another hotel and the guy at the reception, claiming to be the general manager was too rude and denied us refund. I mentioned i am traveling with my 7 year old daughter and need water for basis activities but he said its my problem. Since there was no water available in nearby walmarts or grocery stores we were in a bad situation; we even contacted Hotels.com customer service who couldnt do anything to help. Next morning just before we were about to leave water started coming but it was super dirty; picture of which i have attached here. I would strongly advice anyone to not book at this hotel as it is too dirty, smelly and most things inside the room was not working, including the safe deposit box. They say breakfast is free, but it is just a table with some bread and in front of the reception. Overall it was a very bad experience and I would never visit any Wyndham group hotels ever again.

The property needs to be scrubbed clean from the moment you enter the check in area to you walk in the room. It is disgustingly dirty. The motel needs a total renovation

Had to wait 2 hours for hotel shuttle - were told roads were blocked, but other hotel shuttles, buses, and cars were constantly doing pick-ups. When we arrived, the room we were given was not ready, so they did give us another room, which was nice and seemed clean. Bed was comfortable (extra-firm). Lots of noise in parking lot that evening, beginning around 8:30 - police had to come and get people to leave. We had reserved shuttle again for early the next morning, but office was locked at that time (6:30 a.m.). Had to call and wake up owner; he called and got someone in a regular car to come and get us.

I expected with the price I paid that this wasn’t going to be the best hotel, but needed a quick place to stay between airport and cruise trip. The front desk staff was one of the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. I called to say I was at the airport and was told the shuttle was on its way. A half hour later I called again and was told I was in the wrong spot and missed the shuttle. I explained where I was and that we saw multiple shuttles, and again was told I missed the shuttle as there were people in front of the clerk who were in the right spot. I Got an Uber to the hotel and when I went to check in, was again told by the front desk clerk that I must be lying because the shuttle was there to pick us up and I wasn’t in the right spot. I didn’t fight it because I was exhausted at that point from traveling. I get to the hotel room, and it was gross and hadn’t looked like it had been cleaned in years. Too tired to complain, I tried to lock the door and it was broken. Luckily my suitcases were heavy enough we could block the door that way. I went to bed, and was woken up At 1am by a large party in the parking lot. And by large party, I mean Music with thumping bass and loud people. I called the front desk twice; the second time, “Joshua” finally said he would call the police. After no response, I called the police myself but the noise subsided and I could finally sleep. The “breakfast” was junk and we walked to IHOP for a decent breakfast. I’m disgusted by this!

Our flight arrived around midnight but when we called the facility we were told that the "free" shuttle service quit at 11:00. Other shuttles were still running to neighboring facilities. The short trip for three of us to the hotel cost $35 (including tip). During the night, we heard loud screaming and profanity outside our room. The breakfast consisted of dried out pastries and OK coffee. The shuttle to the Port Everglades was the best feature of our stay but I doubt that we will return there..

Transport is for cruises first. We had to leave 2 hours earlier to airport or make our own arrangements. Continental breakfast poor. Not diabetic friendly and very limited. No service beside check I. No out door chairs etc. Room only
